Let’s take a break from the deep, dark depths of my Kabbalah study for a moment so that I can share some of the results of my Artist Dates. No, I’m not dating some tortured soul who is convinced he can become the next Scorsese if he could just give up his Wii addiction. Artist Dates are part of the whole Artist’s Way thing I’m doing, wherein I’ve made a pact to take myself on some sort of a date for a couple hours each week. Last week it was antiquing, this week it was one of my most favorite places in the world, Venice Beach. I’ve been taking my camera with me everywhere I go these days, and I find myself constantly reminded of how much I love it here. So I figure why not share the pictures with you?
